1 范圍

      本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于配備于工業(yè)、商業(yè)或住宅，作為獨(dú)立的發(fā)電系統(tǒng)或其子系統(tǒng)的自動(dòng)化、固定式的微型燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)發(fā)電裝置的安全性要求。涵蓋輸出電壓為交流不超過1kV或直流不超過1.5kV，單機(jī)功率500 kW及以下，燃用液體或氣體燃料，在常規(guī)或危險(xiǎn)的位置安裝或使用，包括在浮動(dòng)生產(chǎn)平臺(tái)等在內(nèi)的海洋用以及陸用，涉及開式循環(huán)、閉式循環(huán)和半閉式循環(huán)（簡(jiǎn)單、聯(lián)合、回?zé)帷⒃贌岬龋┑人醒h(huán)類型的微型燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)，以及其控制與檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)、相關(guān)輔助設(shè)備等。

      本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于直接與微型燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)相連的傳動(dòng)機(jī)械（如齒輪箱）；或位于微型燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)箱體內(nèi)成為微型燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)箱裝體危險(xiǎn)區(qū)域范圍一部分（如位于箱體內(nèi)的發(fā)電機(jī)）；或是對(duì)微型燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)安全運(yùn)行有直接影響的驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)詳細(xì)規(guī)定了與微型燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)相關(guān)的預(yù)期重要危險(xiǎn)并指出了降低和消除這些危險(xiǎn)的合理方法和過程，提出了對(duì)人員傷亡及對(duì)環(huán)境帶來的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，不包括對(duì)人員及環(huán)境無傷害的裝置的破壞。

      微型燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)箱裝體通常由國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來指定，通過采用額外的安全規(guī)范和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)可進(jìn)一步提高安全性，這些安全規(guī)范和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)也被用于采用其他技術(shù)的微型燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)。

      注：應(yīng)說明的是，本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)可能不包括設(shè)備安裝國(guó)家的當(dāng)?shù)胤ㄒ?guī)。

      本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在最大程度上基于已有的、已認(rèn)可的ISO和IEC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，提出微型燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)的安全性要求，當(dāng)無ISO或IEC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)時(shí)執(zhí)行其他的規(guī)范或標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（例如EN、NFPA等）。如果地方或國(guó)家法規(guī)接受其他的規(guī)范或標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，或規(guī)定了同等風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等級(jí)要求的替代國(guó)際或國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，則可以用這些替代規(guī)范或標(biāo)準(zhǔn)取代第2章中的規(guī)范性引用文件。

      本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不適用于直接或間接推進(jìn)應(yīng)用、特殊熱源應(yīng)用以及處于研發(fā)階段的微型燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)，也不包括壓縮空氣儲(chǔ)能電站中的微型燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在合適的場(chǎng)合可用于給出這些設(shè)備的一般性指導(dǎo)。

      本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不適用于其作為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)發(fā)布前制造的設(shè)備或安全組件。
